(Remember – I spent 15 years working in advertising sales and management with 2 of Canada’s biggest television networks!)
• Look at clients you need to filter out as well as the clients you need to GROW.
Do you have clients who no longer fit your business? Are they costing you more than its worth? Are you scared to death of letting them go because you’re worried you’ll end up eating generic-label tomato soup 7x a week? Relax. There are clients who will LOVE you and they are probably right under your nose and in your market.
• Look at ways to create more TIME and FREEDOM in your BUSINESS.
Are you working too hard? Let's redesign your business so you're NOT chained to your desk and don't have to spend all your time working with clients, checking email and voicemail, processing and fulfilling orders, doing customer service, administrative tasks, etc. My end objective is to show you how to set up a systematized business that delivers more income and allows you more freedom in your life.
